Our Story
Moving to a new country was exciting, adventurous, and without a doubt, one of the best times of our lives. The housing market has had a drastic change since Covid days, and due to the repeal of most restrictions in the country, many people have taken the opportunity to finally live out one of their dreams: Moving here!
While this is great, it has had a deep impact on the challenge of finding housing.
After experiencing the struggle ourselves, we came up with the idea of a service that helps not only to find housing but also affordable furnishing for your unfurnished home!
Our main goal is to help Madrid's newest residents with this stressful process and seamlessly find their own Cozy Casa!

Founder
Sofia Bartolome
Sofia Bartolome, founder of Cozy Casa, is a San Diego State University graduate with a major in Business Management and a specialization in Entrepreneurship. Living in Madrid, Sofia combined her passion for travel, connecting with people, and aiding others to establish Cozy Casa.
Her experience as an English teacher for two years influenced her dedication to supporting international individuals in finding housing, having personally navigated the same challenges. Sofia is committed to making the process seamless and welcoming for clients seeking a home abroad.
Social Media Manager
Dina Jovanovic
Meet Dina Jovanovic, our Social Media Manager at Cozy Casa, known for her strategic communication and marketing expertise. Fluent in English and Croatian, Dina holds certifications in Microsoft Excel and digital marketing.
An accomplished international business professional, she boasts an impressive academic background, including a Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University Madrid and an Honors Associate of Science in Biology from College of DuPage. Her diverse work experience spans roles at Target, Deloitte, and as a professor assistant, showcasing leadership, adaptability, and cross-functional capabilities.
